Cashback Bonanza

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Baileys’ Cashback Bonanza runs from 1 October 2009, with tokens redeemable until 31 March 2011.

2. The promotion is open to all, except those sponsored by or employees of Baileys Horse Feeds, their families and agents or anyone connected in any way to the promotion.

3. A minimum of £5-worth of tokens can be sent by post to Cashback Bonanza, Baileys Horse Feeds, Four Elms Mills, Bardfield Saling, Braintree, Essex, CM7 5EJ and must be received by 31 March 2011.

4. Tokens must be cut from original Baileys feed sacks (one per sack). Photocopies or scanned tokens will not be accepted.

5. Senders must include their full name, postal address and a day time telephone number and the name of the payee to whom the Cashback cheque should be made payable.

6. Tokens are NOT redeemable with the retailer nor for other benefits other than those offered by this promotion.

7. The promoter (Baileys Horse Feeds) will not be liable for any failure of receipt of tokens. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. The promoter takes no responsibility for any tokens which are lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, incomplete or in any way invalid.

8. Submission of tokens will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

9. The promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel or amend the promotion or its terms and conditions and will publish these changes on its web site at www.baileyshorsefeeds.co.uk.

10. Cashback Bonanza is only open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland.
